With respect to exercise, it's important to find something that you enjoy. It's true that some exercise can be more effective at burning calories than others. But no form of exercise is effective if you hate doing it so much that you refuse to exercise.

There are lots of strategies to choose when deciding how to reduce weight. Try finding something that you feel you'll be able to stick with and that can help you to develop habits that are healthy. This can help in avoiding the problem many people have such as gaining the pounds back soon after they're lost.
